(CEMI or Complainant), filed a complaint against Midcontinent Express Pipeline LLC (MEP or Respondent), alleging that (1) the interpretation and application of the existing language of MEP’s FERC Gas tariff is incorrect, unjust, and unreasonable, and (2) request the Commission to require MEP to provide CEMI with the reservation charge credits, as more fully described in the complaint. The Complainant certify that copies of the complaint were served on the contacts for the Respondent as listed on the Commission’s list of Corporate Officials and on parties of the regulatory agencies the Complainants reasonably expect to be affected by this complaint.
