Submitting Confidential Business Information (CBI). Do not submit this information to the EPA through www.regulations.gov or email. Clearly mark all of the information that you claim to be CBI. Rather, the surveys are expected to yield anecdotal information about the particular experiences and opinions of members of the public, primarily staff at respondent banks or bank customers. The information is used to improve the way FDIC relates to its clients, to develop agendas for regulatory or statutory change, and in some cases to simply learn how particular policies or programs are working, or are perceived in particular cases. SUMMARY: The Commission announces the next meeting date, time, and 
agenda of its Consumer Advisory Committee (hereinafter the 
``Committee''). The purpose of the Committee is to make recommendations 
to the Commission regarding matters within the jurisdiction of the 
Commission and to facilitate the participation of all consumers in 
proceedings before the Commission.

DATES: The next meeting of the Committee will take place on Friday,
