AGENCY: The Commission hereby gives notice that it will proceed with full reviews pursuant to section 751(c)(5) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)(5)) to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (‘‘PET’’ film) from India and the antidumping duty orders on PET film from India and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. A schedule for the review will be established and announced at a later date. ACTION: Notice of Meeting.

SUMMARY: The Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is announcing that the 
Advisory Board for Exceptional Children (Advisory Board) will hold its 
next meeting in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The purpose of the meeting is 
to meet the mandates of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act 
of 2004 (IDEA) for Indian children with disabilities.

DATES: The Advisory Board will meet on Thursday, July 18, 2013, from 
8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday, July 19, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 
p.m. Mountain Time. Orientation for new members will be held Wednesday, 
July 17, 2013, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
