public record. Comments are invited on:

performance of the functions of the

waiver from the minimum funding
standards set forth in section 412 of the

Current Actions: There are no changes
being made to the revenue procedure at
this time.

Affected Public: Business or other forprofit organizations not-for-profit
institutions, farms and state, local or
