Advisory Council (NIAC) will meet

meeting will be open to the public.

2013, will still be accepted and
reviewed by the members, but not
necessarily by the time of the meeting.
In-person presentations will be limited
to three minutes per speaker, with no
more than 30 minutes for all speakers.
Parties interested in making in-person
comments should register no later than
15 minutes prior to the beginning of the
meeting at the meeting location.
