The Governmentwide Travel
Advisory Committee (GTAC) (the
Committee), is a Federal Advisory
Committee established in accordance
with the Federal Advisory Committee
Act (FACA), 5 U.S.C., App 2. This
notice provides the schedule for the
public meeting dates of the GTAC: July
30, 2013 and July 31, 2013. The meeting
is open to the public via teleconference.
DATES: The meeting will be held on
Tuesday, July 30, 2013 beginning at 1:00
p.m. Eastern Standard Time, ending no
later than 4:00 p.m. and July 31, 2013
beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard

policies, processes, and procedures to
ensure that they are accountable and
transparent, beginning with the per
diem methodology, to aid in meeting
agency missions in an effective and
efficient manner at the lowest logical
travel cost.

through the Federal Travel Regulation.

GTAC meeting is to discuss the
potential areas of work and focus for the
duration of this committee, as well as to
begin discussing the per diem rate
setting methodology.

Members of the public wishing to listen

(OGE).
ACTION:
Notice.
The U.S. Office of
Government Ethics (OGE) is publishing
this second round notice and requesting
comment on the twelve executive
branch OGE model certificates and
model documents for qualified trusts.
OGE intends to submit these forms to
the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) for review and approval of a
three-year extension under the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44
U.S.C. chapter 35). OGE is proposing
minor changes to update these forms.

and the agencies on this proposed
extension are invited and must be
received on or before August 2, 2013.
