This rule involves establishing a one mile temporary safety zone to provide safety for persons and property nearby fireworks that are being launched on the Tennessee River at mile marker 626.0 scheduled to take place during the evening of July 5, 2013. This rule will be in effect for 30 minutes from 9:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This rule is categorically excluded, under figure 2– 1, paragraph (34)(g), of the Instruction. ACTION: Notice of enforcement of regulation.

SUMMARY:  The Coast Guard will enforce the annual Seafair Blue Angels 
Air Show safety zone on Lake Washington, Seattle, WA from 9 a.m. on 
August 2, 2013, to 4 p.m. on August 4, 2013. This safety zone is being 
enforced for the Patriots Jet Team, which will be flying in place of 
the Blue Angels this year. All of the parameters of the zone as 
outlined are in effect. This action is necessary to ensure the safety 
of the public from inherent dangers associated with these annual aerial 
displays. During the enforcement period, no person or vessel may enter
