Abstract: The Form FR 2572 collects
data on credit card pricing and
availability from a sample of at least 150
financial institutions that offer credit
cards. The data enable the Bureau to
present information to the public on
terms of credit card plans.
Request for Comments: The Bureau
issued a 60-day Federal Register notice
on April 8, 2013, (78 FR 20899).
Comments were solicited and continue
to be invited on: (a) Whether the
collection of information is necessary
for the proper performance of the
functions of the Bureau, including
whether the information shall have
practical utility; (b) The accuracy of the

Consumer Product Safety

ACTION: Notice.
AGENCY:
It is the policy of the
Commission to publish settlements
which it provisionally accepts under the
Consumer Product Safety Act in the
Federal Register in accordance with the
terms of 16 CFR 1118.20(e). Published
below is a provisionally-accepted
Settlement Agreement with Ross Stores,
Inc. et al., containing a civil penalty of
$3,900,000.00, within twenty (20) days
of service of the Commission’s final
Order accepting the Settlement
Agreement.
SUMMARY:
Any interested person may ask
the Commission not to accept this
agreement or otherwise comment on its
contents by filing a written request with
the Office of the Secretary by July 11,
2013.
