Take notice that on June 13, 2013,
pursuant to the Natural Gas Act, 15
U.S.C. 717 et seq. and Rule 206 of the
Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission’s (Commission) Rules of
Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.206,
Hanover Foods Corporation
(Complainant) filed a formal complaint
against Columbia Gas Transmission,
LLC (Respondents), for improperly
exercising the right of condemnation
and pipeline construction over the
Complaint’s property under a thirty-year
old blanket certificate issued by the
Commission, as more fully explained in
the complaint.
Hanover Foods Corporation certifies
that copies of the complaint were served
on the contacts for the Respondent as
listed on the Commission’s list of
Corporate Officials.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
