Available information indicates that this new foreign production will be consumed globally. ACTION: Notice and request for comment. AGENCY: The FDIC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (4 U.S.C. chapter 35), to comment on renewal of an existing information collection as required by the PRA. On April 16, 2012 (78 FR 22544), the FDIC solicited public comment for a 60-day period on renewal without change of its ‘‘Application for Consent to Reduce or Retire Capital’’ information collection (OMB No. 3064– 0079). One comment was received. The commenter expressed support for the information collection as necessary for the FDIC’s performance of its statutory functions. Economic Impact Policy

    This notice is to inform the public that the Export-Import Bank of 
the United States has received an application for a $63 million loan 
guarantee to support the export of approximately $74 million in U.S.
