Federal Register / Vol. 78, No. 118 / Wednesday, June 19, 2013 / Rules and Regulations
as a first local service at Summit,
Mississippi. To accommodate that
allotment, the Audio Division
reclassifies Station WQUE–FM, New
Orleans, Louisiana, to specify operation
on FM Channel 227C0 rather than FM
Channel 227C. With that
reclassification, Channel 228A can be
allotted at Summit, consistent with the
minimum distance separation
requirements of the Commission’s rules,
at coordinates 31–17–07 NL and 90–19–
10 WL, at a site 14.2 km (8.8 miles) east
of the community See Supplementary
