The plats of survey of the

to be officially filed in the Bureau of
Land Management, Oregon State Office,
Portland, Oregon, 30 days from the date
of this publication.
SUMMARY:
A person
or party who wishes to protest against
this survey must file a written notice
with the Oregon State Director, Bureau
of Land Management, stating that they
wish to protest. A statement of reasons
for a protest may be filed with the notice
of protest and must be filed with the
Oregon State Director within thirty days
after the protest is filed. If a protest
against the survey is received prior to
the date of official filing, the filing will
be stayed pending consideration of the
protest. A plat will not be officially filed
until the day after all protests have been
dismissed or otherwise resolved.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On June 4,
2013, the Commission determined that
it should proceed to a full review in the
subject five-year review pursuant to
section 751(c)(5) of the Act. The
Commission found that the domestic
interested party group response to its
notice of institution (78 FR 13891,
March 1, 2013) was adequate and that
the respondent interested party group
response was inadequate. The
Commission found, however, that other
circumstances warranted conducting a
full review.1 A record of the
Commissioners’ votes, the
Commission’s statement on adequacy,
and any individual Commissioner’s
statements will be available from the
Office of the Secretary and at the
Commission’s Web site.

FR 5156). The Western Municipal Water
District filed a Notice of Determination
on February 16, 2012, in accordance
with the California Environmental
Quality Act.

and the Western Municipal Water
District have completed a final
Supplemental Environmental Impact
Report/Environmental Impact Statement
(SEIR/EIS) for the proposed RiversideCorona Feeder Project.
DATES: The Bureau of Reclamation will
not make a decision on the proposed
project until at least 30 days after the
Notice of Availability is published by
the Environmental Protection Agency.

SUMMARY: The Commission hereby gives
notice that it will proceed with a full
review pursuant to section 751(c)(5) of
the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C.
1675(c)(5)) to determine whether
revocation of the antidumping duty
order on persulfates from China would
be likely to lead to continuation or
recurrence of material injury within a
reasonably foreseeable time. A schedule
for the review will be established and
announced at a later date. For further
information concerning the conduct of
this review and rules of general
application, consult the Commission’s
Rules of Practice and Procedure, part
201, subparts A through E (19 CFR part

On June 6, 2013, the Department of
Justice lodged a proposed settlement
entitled ‘‘Interim Past Costs Consent
Decree’’ (the ‘‘Consent Decree’’) with the
United States District Court for the
District of Montana in the case of United
States v. Atlantic Richfield Company et
al., Civil Action No. CV–89–39–BU–
SEH. The Consent Decree settles the
United States’ claim for certain response
costs incurred under Section 107(a) of
the Comprehensive Environmental
Response, Compensation, and Liability
Act, 42 U.S.C. 9607(a), in connection
with the environmental remediation of
the Anaconda Smelter NPL Superfund
Site and the Warm Springs Ponds
Operable Units (the ‘‘Sites’’), near
