Its proposed project would consist of: (1) One new concretelined power canal; (2) one new approximately 260-foot-wide, 56-foothigh lock frame module, containing 17 turbines each having a nameplate capacity of 1.5 megawatts (MW), with a total installed capacity of 25.5 MW; (3) new flow control doors; (4) a new tailrace 260 feet wide by 250 feet long; (5) a new switchyard, transformer, and control room; (6) a new approximately 2,000-foot-long, 69-kilovolt (kV) transmission line from the new switchyard to an existing distribution line; and (7) appurtenant facilities.
