The open session will have a series of subjectspecific reports, during which the Commission will accept brief oral comments or questions from the public or media. The purpose of the teleconference meeting is to consider the recommendations of the Commission’s National Committee for the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission (IOC). Notice of Public Meeting of the President's Emergency Plan for

SUMMARY: In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), 
the PEPFAR Scientific Advisory Board (hereinafter referred to as ``the 
Board'') will hold a conference call on Thursday, June 20th at 10:00
