deficiency in meeting those
requirements; and
c. Report to the Secretary on the
progress made in improving acquisition
management capability.

to release property at the Fort Worth
Spinks Airport under the provisions of
the AIR 21.
The following is a brief overview of
the request:
The City of Fort Worth requests the
release of 6.915 acres of nonaeronautical airport property. This
property was incorporated into the
airport using City and FAA funds
through the AIP Program from 1983 to
1987. The property to be released will
be sold to allow for the extension of
Stone Road along the western boundary
of the Airport. Any person may inspect
the request in person at the FAA office
listed above under FOR FURTHER
INFORMATION CONTACT.
