SUMMARY: The FAA proposes to rule and invite public comment on the 
release of land at the Fort Worth Spinks Airport under the provisions 
of Section 125 of the Wendell H. Ford Aviation Investment Reform Act 
for the 21st Century (AIR 21).

airport using City and FAA funds through the AIP Program from 1983 to 
1987. The property to be released will be sold to allow for the 
extension of Stone Road along the western boundary of the Airport. Any 
person may inspect the request in person at the FAA office listed above
