EIS/EIR is divided into three volumes:
Volumes I and II comprise the revised
EIS/EIR and appendices, with actual

responses to all comments received, as
well as an appendix with copies of each
comment letter or communication.

available for public inspection at several

June 12–13, 2013, meeting will include
legal context for revenue disclosures,
consideration of sub-national payments,
and discussions on scope and
materiality. The agenda for the July 23–

candidacy application for EITI. The
final agendas and materials for the
