Estimated Cost: The estimated annual
cost to respondents for the hour burden

above. Comments are solicited to (a)
evaluate whether the proposed data
collection is necessary for the proper
performance of the agency, including
whether the information shall have
practical utility; (b) evaluate the
accuracy of the agency’s estimate of the

the methodology and assumptions used;
(c) enhance the quality, utility, and
clarity of the information to be
collected; and (d) minimize the burden
of the collection of information on those
who are to respond, including through

North America, Inc., has been approved
to gauge and accredited to test
petroleum and petroleum products,
organic chemicals and vegetable oils for
customs purposes for the next three
years as of November 8, 2012.
DATES: Effective Dates: The
accreditation and approval of SGS North
America, Inc., as commercial gauger and
laboratory became effective on
November 8, 2012. The next triennial
inspection date will be scheduled for
November 2015.

SUMMARY: The proposed information
collection requirement described below
will be submitted to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review, as required by the Paperwork
Reduction Act. HUD is soliciting public
comments on the subject proposal. The
information collected by HUD is used to
issue refunds to depositors where labor
standards discrepancies have been
resolved, and to issue wage restitution
payments on behalf of construction and
maintenance workers who have been
underpaid for work performed on HUDassisted projects subject to prevailing
wage requirements.
