Regulations and Procedures Technical
Advisory Committee; Notice of
Partially Closed Meeting
the Committee. The public may submit
written statements at any time before or
after the meeting. However, to facilitate
the distribution of public presentation
materials to the Committee members,
the Committee suggests that presenters
forward the public presentation
materials prior to the meeting to Ms.
Springer via email.
The Assistant Secretary for
Administration, with the concurrence of
the delegate of the General Counsel,
formally determined on February 4,
2013, pursuant to Section 10(d) of the
Federal Advisory Committee Act, as
amended (5 U.S.C. app. 2 § (10)(d)), that
the portion of the meeting dealing with
pre-decisional changes to the Commerce
Control List and U.S. export control
policies shall be exempt from the
provisions relating to public meetings
found in 5 U.S.C. app. 2 §§ 10(a)(1) and
10(a)(3). The remaining portions of the
meeting will be open to the public.

update the EAR as needed.

ACTION: Notice of public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Pacific Fishery
Management Council (Pacific Council)
will convene a conference call of its
Ecosystem Advisory Subpanel (EAS). A
listening station will be available at the
Pacific Council offices for interested
members of the public, and there may
be opportunities to attend the meeting
remotely.

beginning on page 19197 in the issue of
Friday, March 29, 2013, make the
following correction:
On page 19198, in the table, in the

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
primary purpose of the conference call
is to discuss updating the federal list of
authorized West Coast exclusive
economic zone fisheries and other items
related to the June 2013 Council
meeting.
Action will be restricted to those
issues specifically listed in this notice
and any issues arising after publication
of this notice that require emergency
action under Section 305(c) of the
Magnuson-Stevens Fishery
Conservation and Management Act,
provided the public has been notified of
the EAS’s intent to take final action to
address the emergency.
