An application has been submitted to
the Foreign-Trade Zones Board (the
Board) by the Puerto Rico Trade &
Export Company, grantee of FTZ 61,
requesting special-purpose subzone
status for the facility of Janssen Ortho
LLC located in Gurabo, Puerto Rico. The
application was submitted pursuant to
the provisions of the Foreign-Trade
Zones Act, as amended (19 U.S.C. 81a–
81u), and the regulations of the Board
(15 CFR part 400). It was formally
docketed on May 17, 2013.
The proposed subzone (105.71 acres)
is located at PR Road 933, Km 0.1
Mamey Ward, Gurabo. A notification of
proposed production activity has been
submitted and is being published
separately for public comment (B–46–
2013). The proposed subzone would be
subject to the existing activation limit of
FTZ 61.
In accordance with the Board’s
regulations, Camille Evans of the FTZ
Staff is designated examiner to review
the application and make
recommendations to the Executive
Secretary.
Public comment is invited from
interested parties. Submissions shall be
addressed to the Board’s Executive
Secretary at the address below. The
closing period for their receipt is July 2,

On January 18, 2013, the Port of
Milwaukee, grantee of FTZ 41,
submitted a notification of proposed
production activity to the Foreign-Trade
Zones (FTZ) Board on behalf of CNH
America, LLC, within Subzone 41I, at its
facilities in Racine, Wisconsin.
The notification was processed in
accordance with the regulations of the
FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400), including
notice in the Federal Register inviting
public comment (78 FR 7394, 02–01–
2013). The FTZ Board has determined
that no further review of the activity is
warranted at this time. The production
activity described in the notification is
authorized, subject to the FTZ Act and
the Board’s regulations, including
Section 400.14.
