to gauge and accredited to test
petroleum and petroleum products,
organic chemicals and vegetable oils for
customs purposes for the next three
years as of February 21, 2013.
DATES: Effective Dates: The
accreditation and approval of Camin
Cargo Control, Inc., as commercial
gauger and laboratory became effective
on February 21, 2013. The next triennial
inspection date will be scheduled for
February 2016.

petroleum and petroleum products,
organic chemicals and vegetable oils for
customs purposes, in accordance with
the provisions of 19 CFR 151.12 and 19
CFR 151.13. Anyone wishing to employ
this entity to conduct laboratory
analyses and gauger services should
request and receive written assurances
from the entity that it is accredited or
approved by the U.S. Customs and

Extension, without Change, of a
Currently Approved Collection.
(2) Title of the Form/Collection:
Application for Advance Permission to
Return to Unrelinquished Domicile.
(3) Agency form number, if any, and
the applicable component of the DHS
sponsoring the collection: Form I–191;
USCIS.
(4) Affected public who will be asked
or required to respond, as well as a brief
abstract: Primary: Individuals or
households. Form I–191 is necessary for
USCIS to determine whether the
applicant is eligible for discretionary
relief under section 212(c) of the
Immigration and Nationality Act.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: 300 respondents with an
estimated burden per response of 1 hour
per response (to include 15 minutes for
gathering required documentation and
information, 10 minutes for reading the
instructions, and 35 minutes for
completing and submitting the
application).
