This proposal would amend the Coast Guard Commandant Instruction and Department of Homeland Security Directive used to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act by establishing a new categorical exclusion (CATEX) for real property disposal undertaken by the United States Coast Guard. The Coast Guard seeks comments on this proposed CATEX.
