AGENCY: The FHWA is issuing this notice to advise the public that an environmental impact statement will be prepared for a proposed highway project in Grand Forks County, North Dakota and Polk County, Minnesota. There will be one held in Grand Forks on June 12, 2013 at the City Hall from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., and the other in East Grand Forks on June 13, 2013 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Locations of the public scoping meetings for the proposed project will be advertised in local newspapers and other media and will be hosted by the North Dakota and Minnesota Departments of Transportation.
