preamble, the Federal Communications
Commission amends 47 CFR Part 73 as
follows:

SUMMARY: This document corrects the
effective date that appeared in the final
rule published in the Federal Register
on March 11, 2013, entitled ‘‘Patient
Protection and Affordable Care Act;
Establishment of the Multi-State Plan
Program for the Affordable Insurance
Exchanges.’’
Effective on May 2, 2013, the
effective date of the final rule published
March 11, 2013 (78 FR 15560) and the
final rule correction published March
26, 2013 (78 FR 18246) is corrected to
May 13, 2013.

Entity of the Navajo Nation, allots FM
Channel †297A as a first Tribal
Allotment and a first local transmission
service at Crownpoint, New Mexico.
(The symbol ‘‘†’’ will be used to denote
a channel reserved as a Tribal
Allotment.) Channel †297A can be
allotted at Crownpoint, consistent with
the minimum distance separation
requirements of the Commission’s rules,
at coordinates 35–41–07 NL and 108–
08–43 WL, at a site 0.9 km (0.58 miles)
northeast of Crownpoint. See
