Deputy Secretary of the Department of
Energy submitted its Rate Order No.
WAPA–157 concerning rate adjustment
for the Pacific Northwest-Pacific
Southwest Intertie Project, for
confirmation and approval on a final
basis, effective May 1, 2013, and ending
April 30, 2018.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).
Protests will be considered by the

Creek Hydroelectric Company informed
the Commission that the exemption
from licensing for the Salmon Creek
Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 3730,
originally issued August 10, 1981,1 has
been transferred to Salmon Creek
Hydroelectric Company. The project is
located on Salmon and Sardine Creeks
in Sierra County, California. The
transfer of an exemption does not
require Commission approval.
