inclusion in Omnibus Essential Fish
Habitat Amendment 2. The Committees
will receive a report from the Closed
Area Technical Team and Habitat Plan
Development Team with technical
advice about integrating Habitat
Management and Juvenile Groundfish
Habitat Management Options, including
a summary of various evaluation
metrics. The Committees will provide
guidance about packaging options into
alternatives.
Although non-emergency issues not
contained in this agenda may come
before this group for discussion, those
issues may not be the subject of formal
action during this meeting. Action will
be restricted to those issues specifically
listed in this notice and any issues
arising after publication of this notice
that require emergency action under
section 305(c) of the Magnuson-Stevens

SUMMARY: The Consumer Product Safety
Commission (Commission or CPSC) has
received a petition requesting an
exception from the 100 ppm lead
content limit under section 101(b) of the
Consumer Product Safety Improvement
Act of 2008 (CPSIA), as amended by
Public Law 112–28 from BIC USA Inc.
(BIC). We invite written comments
concerning the petition.
