The companies listed in this notice
have applied to the Board for approval,
pursuant to the Bank Holding Company
Act of 1956 (12 U.S.C. 1841 et seq.)
(BHC Act), Regulation Y (12 CFR Part
225), and all other applicable statutes
and regulations to become a bank
holding company and/or to acquire the
assets or the ownership of, control of, or
the power to vote shares of a bank or
bank holding company and all of the
banks and nonbanking companies
owned by the bank holding company,
including the companies listed below.
The applications listed below, as well
as other related filings required by the
Board, are available for immediate
inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank
indicated. The applications will also be
available for inspection at the offices of
the Board of Governors. Interested
persons may express their views in
writing on the standards enumerated in
the BHC Act (12 U.S.C. 1842(c)). If the
proposal also involves the acquisition of
a nonbanking company, the review also
includes whether the acquisition of the
nonbanking company complies with the
standards in section 4 of the BHC Act
(12 U.S.C. 1843). Unless otherwise
noted, nonbanking activities will be
conducted throughout the United States.

management system vehicles per the
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
A. Purpose
If it is in the best interest of the
Government, the contracting officer may
authorize cost-reimbursement
contractors to obtain, for official
purposes only, interagency fleet
management system (IFMS) vehicles
and related services. Before a
contracting officer may authorize costreimbursement contractors to obtain
IFMS vehicles and related services, the
contracting officer must have, among
other requirements: (1) A written
statement that the contractor will
assume, without the right of
reimbursement from the Government,
the cost or expense of any use of the
IFMS vehicles and services not related
to the performance of the contract; (2)
Evidence that the contractor has
obtained motor vehicle liability
insurance covering bodily injury and
property damage, with limits of liability
as required or approved by the agency,
protecting the contractor and the
Government against third-party claims
arising from the ownership,
maintenance, or use of an IFMS vehicle;
and (3) Considered any
recommendations of the contractor. The
information is used by the Government
to determine whether it is in the
Government’s best interest to authorize
a cost-reimbursement contractor, for
official purposes only, to use IFMS
vehicles and related services.
Authorized contractors shall submit
requests for IFMS vehicles and related
services in writing to the appropriate
GSA point of contact in accordance with
