This information is collected electronically without input from the human operator. Old information is overwritten on a continuous basis. A 1-hour burden is submitted as a placeholder to allow entry in OMB’s burden inventory. Respondents: Approximately 64,339 aircraft operators will install ADS–B Out equipment. Frequency: Information is collected automatically via the ADS–B Out equipment. Estimated Average Burden per Response: 1 hour (placeholder for automated collection). Airworthiness Directives are regulations issued to require action to correct unsafe conditions in aircraft, engines, propellers, and appliances. Authority Number 245-1, I hereby determine that it is important to the 
national interest of the United States to waive the requirements of 
Section 7031(b)(1) of the Act with respect to Algeria and I hereby 
waive this restriction.
