Mountain Power Corporation is
requesting a non-capacity license
amendment to realign the intake at the
Proctor development. The licensee
would also remove inoperable
generating equipment from the Proctor
powerhouse to facilitate installation of
new turbine generator equipment that is
proposed under the Project’s application
for subsequent license currently being

processed by the Commission. The
proposed intake realignment
construction includes demolition of
portions of the existing intake, limited
removal of bedrock, deepening and
widening the intake channel and
orienting the opening more directly to
river flow.
