PJM Interconnection, L.L.C.; Notice of Complaint Take notice that on April 3, 2013, pursuant to sections 206 and 306 of the Federal Power Act (FPA), 16 U.S.C. 824e and 825e and Rule 206 of the Rules of Practice and Procedures of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission), 18 CFR 385.206, the PO 00000 Frm 00024 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 9990 Demand Response Coalition 1 (Complainant) filed a formal complaint against the PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (Respondent or PJM), alleging that certain newly adopted provisions of PJM’s Manual 18 (the ‘‘DR Plan Enhancements’’) violate section 205 of the FPA and are therefore unenforceable. The Complainant certifies that copies of the Complaint were served on the contacts for the Respondent as listed on the Commission’s list of Corporate Officials.
