(5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: It is estimated that approximately 3,500 respondents will complete a survey response within approximately 20 minutes. Sunshine Act Notice

TIME AND DATE: The Marine Mammal Commission will meet in open session
