Biotechnology Development Module
(BDM) a planned component of the
National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility
(NBAF) and announcing a workshop for
all interested parties. Due to
sequestration, the workshop is
postponed until further notice.

the biologics industry, DHS will
conduct a public workshop as part of
the RFI process. The goals of the
workshop are: (1) Provide an overview
of the planned mission requirements of

and planned biological countermeasure
development initiatives; (4) Gauge
industry interest in the utilization of the
BDM to enhance collaboration. This
workshop is designed to provide
information on the NBAF BDM and how
it fits within the broader context of
countermeasure development for
protecting U.S. agriculture. A panel
discussion is scheduled to give industry
an opportunity to share lessons learned
and insights on BDM related operations.

written responses and ideas on how best
to utilize the BDM during the period of

30-day notice.
SUMMARY: The Department of Homeland
Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) will be
submitting the following information
collection request to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and clearance in accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act of
1995. The information collection notice
was previously published in the Federal
Register on December 20, 2012, at 77 FR
75440, allowing for a 60-day public
comment period. USCIS did receive
multiple comments in connection with
the 60-day notice.
DATES: The purpose of this notice is to
allow an additional 30 days for public
comments. Comments are encouraged
and will be accepted until April 19,
2013. This process is conducted in
accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10.
