Truman Building’s George C. Marshall Conference Room, 2201 C Street NW., Washington, DC 20520. The meeting’s purpose is to hear the views of attendees on the appropriate size and scope of the FY 2014 U.S. Refugee Admissions Program. A NOI to prepare an EIS for proposed Loop 9 was published in the Federal Register on August 2, 2002 (Volume 67, No. 149, Page 50504), with a subsequent revision to the project limits published in the Federal Register on January 20, 2004 (Vol. 69, No. 12, Page 2809).
