This includes obtaining advice and recommendations on the FAA’s commitments to harmonize FAA Regulations with its partners in Europe and Canada. Amendment 33–20, adopted September 5, 2000, revised the bird ingestion type certification standards for aircraft turbine engines to better address the actual bird threat encountered in service. SUMMARY: The SBA is issuing this notice to announce the location, date, 
time, and agenda for the next meeting of the National Women's Business 
Council (NWBC). The meeting will be open to the public.

DATES: The meeting will be held on April 4th, 2013 from approximately 
9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. EST.

ADDRESSES: The meeting will be in Washington, DC.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal 
Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C., Appendix 2), SBA announces the
