Dolphin Wahoo AP meeting.
2. Receive a presentation on dolphin
research from the Cooperative Sciences
Center.
3. Receive an update from the January
2013 scoping meetings regarding
Dolphin Wahoo Amendment 5. This
amendment pertains to: Revision of
accountability measures; changes to
dolphin sector allocations;
modifications to the framework for
dolphin and wahoo; and changes to the
Annual Catch Limit (ACL) and the
Allowable Biological Catch (ABC).
Discuss timing of the amendment.
4. Receive an overview Dolphin
Wahoo Amendment.
5. Discuss the amendment and
provide AP recommendations.

AGENCY:
SUMMARY: Independent peer review of
Gulf of Mexico Spanish Mackerel and
Cobia stocks will be accomplished
through written reviews because delays
in completing the assessments
prevented their consideration at the
SEDAR 28 Review Workshop. This
workshop is being held by the Gulf of
Mexico Fishery Management Council to
consider recommendations from the
written reviews and develop
recommendations for the Gulf Council
Scientific and Statistical Committee. See
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.
DATES: The Stock Assessment Review
Workshop for Gulf of Mexico Spanish
Mackerel and Cobia will be held on
March 25–26, 2013, from 8 a.m. to 5
p.m. on both days. The established time
may be adjusted as necessary to
accommodate the timely completion of
discussion relevant to the assessment
process. Such adjustments may result in
the meeting being extended from, or
completed prior to the times established
by this notice.

Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management
