Southern Lithoplate, Inc. (SLP)
submitted a notification of proposed
production activity for their facility in
Grand Rapids, Michigan. The
notification conforming to the
requirements of the regulations of the
Board (15 CFR 400.22) was received on
February 22, 2013.
The SLP facility is located within Site
10 of FTZ 189. The facility is used for
the production of aluminum offset
printing plates for the printing industry.

(duty rate ranges from duty-free to
6.5%).
Public comment is invited from
interested parties. Submissions shall be
addressed to the Board’s Executive

closing period for their receipt is April
15, 2013.
