Manufacturers are required to place
markings on explosives, therefore, the
burden hours are considered usual and
customary. 5 CFR 1320.3(b)(2) states,
there is no burden when the collection
of information is usual and customary.

collection: The estimated annual total
burden hours associated with this
collection is 1 hour.

respondents will take 5 minutes to
