FDA announced that a meeting of the
Science Board to the Food and Drug
Administration would be held on
February 27, 2013.

and Applied Nutrition and Veterinary
Medicine will be presented, along with

fiscal year 2012 Scientific Achievement
Awards (selected by the Science Board)
will provide overviews of the activities
for which the awards were given.

safety and efficacy for the proposed
indication of maintenance treatment of
opioid dependence.

Trulign Toric posterior chamber
intraocular lens is intended for primary
implantation in the capsular bag of the
eye for visual correction of aphakia and
postoperative refractive astigmatism
secondary to removal of a cataractous
lens in adult patients with or without
presbyopia, who desire improved
uncorrected distance vision and
reduction of residual refractive cylinder.
Trulign Toric provides approximately
one diopter of monocular
accommodation, which allows for near,
intermediate, and distance vision
without spectacles.

Summary: Under the provisions of
Section 3507(a)(1)(D) of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995, the National
Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute
(NHLBI), the National Institutes of
Health has submitted to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) a
request to review and approve the
information collection listed below.
This proposed information collection
was previously published in the Federal
Register on November 30, 2012, Pages
71426–71427 allowed 60-days for public
comment. Two (2) comments were
received. The purpose of this notice is
to allow an additional 30 days for public
comment. The National Institutes of
Health may not conduct or sponsor, and
the respondent is not required to
respond to, an information collection
that has been extended, revised, or
implemented on or after October 1,
1995, unless it displays a currently valid
