Summary: The information is used to identify and evaluate the training courses requested by students to enhance their job performance, to calculate the number of classes and instructors needed to complete OSM’s technical training mission, and to estimate costs to the training program. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background.—On January 4, 2013, the Commission determined that responses to its notice of institution of the subject five-year review were such that a full review pursuant to section 751(c)(5) of the Act should proceed (78 FR 3916, January 17, 2013).
