This includes an application, affordable housing plan, annual reports, and required record keeping. HUD uses the information to ensure that a nonprofit organization meets the requirements to participate in Single Family programs. Agency form numbers, if applicable: None. Estimation of the total numbers of hours needed to prepare the information collection including number of respondents, frequency of response, and hours of response: The number of burden hours is 7,433.
