the Plan for Analyzing the 2012 Service
Contract Inventory
In accordance with Section
743 of Division C of the Consolidated
Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L.
111–117), the National Science
Foundation is publishing this notice to
advise the public of the availability of
the Analysis of the 2011 Service
Contract Inventory and the Plan for
Analyzing the 2012 Service Contract
Inventory. The inventory has been
developed in accordance with guidance
issued on November 5, 2010, and
December 19, 2011, by the Office of
Management and Budget’s Office of
Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP).

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) is issuing for public
comment draft NUREG–2154
‘‘Acceptability of Corrective Action
Programs for Fuel Cycle Facilities.’’ The
draft NUREG provides guidance to the
NRC staff on how to determine whether
a Corrective Action Plan (CAP)
submitted by the licensee of a fuel cycle
facility is acceptable.
DATES: Comments may be submitted by
April 22, 2013. Comments received after
this date will be considered, if it is
practical to do so, but the NRC staff is
able to ensure consideration only for
comments received before this date.
