The objects are imported pursuant to loan agreements with the foreign owner or custodian. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the Arthur M. Sackler Gallery, Smithsonian Institution, Washington, DC, from, on or about March 9, 2013, until on or about April 28, 2013; The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, TX, from on or about May 3, 2013, until on or about June 14, 2013; The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, NY, from on or about June 20, 2013, until on or about August 4, 2013; The Asian Art Museum, San Francisco, CA, from on or about August 9, 2013, until on or about September 22, 2013; the Getty Villa, The J. Paul Getty Museum, Los Angeles, CA, from on or about October 2, 2013, until or about December 2, 2013, and at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is in the national interest. I have ordered that Public Notice of these Determinations be published in the Federal Register. SUMMARY: Under the provisions of the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. Chapter 35), agencies are required to submit proposed reporting and recordkeeping requirements to OMB for review and approval, and to publish a notice in the Federal Register notifying the public that the agency has made such a submission.
