Federal Register of January 28, 2013, announcing that the Secretarial 
Commission on Indian Trust Administration and Reform (the Commission) 
will hold a public meeting on February 12 and 13, 2013; and will host a 
youth outreach session on February 11, 2013. This notice corrects and
