Paducah, welcomes the attendance of
the public at its advisory committee
meetings and will make every effort to
accommodate persons with physical
disabilities or special needs. If you

restoration; waste management and
disposition; stabilization and
disposition of non-stockpile nuclear
materials; excess facilities; future land
use and long-term stewardship; risk
assessment and management; and cleanup science and technology activities).
Comments outside of the scope may be
submitted via written statement as
directed above.

In compliance with the
requirements of the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995, 44 U.S.C.
3507(a)(1)(D), the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission (Commission or
FERC) is submitting the information
collection, FERC–729 (Electric
Transmission Facilities), to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review of the information collection
requirements. Any interested person
may file comments directly with OMB
and should address a copy of those
comments to the Commission as
explained below. The Commission
issued a Notice in the Federal Register
(77 FR 67638, 11/13/2012) requesting
public comments. FERC received no
comments on the FERC–729 and is
making this notation in its submittal to
OMB.
