ACTION: Notice and request for comment.
AGENCY:
The FDIC, as part of its
continuing effort to reduce paperwork
and respondent burden, invites the
general public and other Federal
agencies to take this opportunity to
comment on the renewal of an existing
information collection, as required by
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
(44 U.S.C. chapter 35). Currently, the
FDIC is soliciting comment on renewal
of the information collection described
below.
DATES: Comments must be submitted on
or before April 5, 2013.

clarity of the information to be

South Carolina has scheduled
special elections to fill the U.S. House
seat in the 1st Congressional District
vacated by Senator Tim Scott. There are
three possible special elections, but only
two may be necessary.
• Primary Election: March 19, 2013.
• Possible Runoff Election: April 2,
2013. In the event that one candidate
does not achieve a majority vote in his/
her party’s Special Primary Election, the
top two vote-getters will participate in
a Special Runoff Election.
• General Election: May 7, 2013.
