Abstract: VA Form 26–6393 is used to
determine a veteran-borrower
qualification for a VA-guaranteed loan.
Lenders complete and submit the form
to provide evidence of their decision to
submit a prior approval loan application
or close a loan on the automatic basis
is based upon appropriate application of
VA credit standards.
An agency may not conduct or
sponsor, and a person is not required to
respond to a collection of information
unless it displays a currently valid OMB
control number. The Federal Register
Notice with a 60-day comment period
soliciting comments on this collection
of information was published on
October 19, 2012, at pages 64385–64286.
Affected Public: Federal Government.
Estimated Annual Burden: 62,500
hours.
