Under the provisions of the
Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as
amended, the Bureau of Land
Management (BLM) received a petition
for reinstatement from Fidelity
Exploration & Production Company and
Finley Resources, Inc., for
noncompetitive oil and gas lease
WYW180328 for lands in Sweetwater
County, Wyoming. The petition was
filed on time and was accompanied by
all the rentals due since the date the
lease terminated under the law.
FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONTACT:

who use a telecommunications device

day, 7 days a week, to leave a message
or question with the above individual.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
lessees have agreed to the amended
lease terms for rentals and royalties at
rates of $5 per acre, or fraction thereof,
per year and 162⁄3 percent, respectively.
The lessees have paid the required $500
administrative fee and $159 to
reimburse the Department for the cost of
this Federal Register notice. The lessees
have met all the requirements for
reinstatement of the lease as set out in
Sections 31(d) and (e) of the Mineral
Lands Leasing Act of 1920 (30 U.S.C.
188), and the BLM is proposing to
reinstate lease WYW180328 effective
February 1, 2012, under the original
terms and conditions of the lease and
the increased rental and royalty rates
cited above. The BLM has not issued a

Items: Northwest Museum of Arts &
Culture, Spokane, WA
The Northwest Museum of
Arts & Culture, also known as the
Eastern Washington State Historical
Society, in consultation with the
appropriate Indian tribe, has determined
that the cultural items meet the
definition of unassociated funerary
objects and repatriation to the Indian
tribe stated below may occur if no
additional claimants come forward.
Representatives of any Indian tribe that
believes itself to be culturally affiliated
with the cultural items may contact the
Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture.

definition of unassociated funerary
objects under 25 U.S.C. 3001.
This notice is published as part of the
National Park Service’s administrative
responsibilities under NAGPRA, 25
U.S.C. 3003(d)(3). The determinations in
this notice are the sole responsibility of
the museum, institution, or Federal
agency that has control of the cultural
items. The National Park Service is not
responsible for the determinations in
this notice.
