Columbia also seeks authorization to abandon by removal an existing 6,200 horsepower compressor unit at its Seneca Compressor Station. Columbia estimates the cost of the proposed activities to be approximately $6.4 million, all as more fully set forth in the application, which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
