Prior Notice of Activity Under Blanket Certificate; Dominion 
Transmission, Inc.

    On December 7, 2012, Dominion Transmission, Inc. (Dominion) filed 
with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) an 
application under section 7 of the Natural Gas Act and Sections 157.205 
and 157.208 of the Commission's regulations, and Dominion's 
authorization in Docket No. CP88-712-000, 52 FERC ]61,112 (1990) for
