    Take notice that on December 14, 2012, Anne R. Pramaggiore

positions, pursuant to section 305(b) of the Federal Power Act, 16 
U.S.C. 825d(b) (2000) and Part 45 of Title 18 of the Code of Federal 
Regulations, 18 CFR part 45 (2010).
